Chalk Pastel Self Portrait

Chalk Pastel Self Portrait, Chalk Portrait Art Project for young learners.

If you are like me, you are looking for fun, yet simple projects for your kidos. The great thing about this chalk portrait art project is that its fun for ALL ages!

All you need is:
- a pencil,
- white school glue, 
- black paper and
- chalk.

Working on black paper, we outlined our pictures using glue. Then we let the glue dry overnight. When the glue dried it had a raised, shiny, black texture. We colored the pictures with colored chalk pastels.
